Where do you ship from?

I ship from my little studio in Massachusetts ~ I design, pack, and ship all by myself ! & all through the USPS =)

Where do you ship?

I only ship within the United States for now. Maybe one day I will offer international shipping in the future ~ 

How long does it take to prepare my order?
I prepare and ship orders in 1 to 3 business days. most of my items are handmade & customized so please allow a little extra time especially during busy periods. =)

Will I receive tracking information?

yes! once i ship your order, you will receive a tracking number with the contact information you provided me in your order request.

How much is shipping? 

$5 flat rate shipping fee on all US orders and free shipping for orders $50 and up

 

💌 Orders 

Can I cancel or change my order?

I start to prepare orders shortly after I get requested, so I'm unable to guarantee a cancellation or changes once your order has been submitted to me. Please double check your items and shipping information before sending me an order request <3 

 

What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact me ASAP and include photos of the damaged item(s) and its packaging. We can find a solution & a  replacement if possible. 

 

Returns 

Do you accept returns? 
I do not accept returns or offer refunds right now. Since most of my products are handmade, all sales are final. If you are unhappy with your order please contact me so we can find a solution together. =)

I make and customize all different cute accessories and handmade items. I make keychains, bows, earrings, and lots of other cute stuff. each piece may have some slight differences & little details. each piece is cute & unique
